Vi lever i en värld där människor fortfarande straffas, förföljs och till och med dödas för vem de älskar eller hur de lever. Regnbågsfonden backar organisationer och projekt som sätter livet, friheten och kärleken först! Och din testamentsgåva blir en autentisk kvarlåtenskap för de värderingarna som vi står upp för tillsammans.
Rune har valt att testamentera en del av sitt arv till Regnbågsfonden av personliga skäl.
Som homosexuell har han egna erfarenheter av att mötas av fördomar och orättvis behandling, även från samhällets institutioner.
Tidigt i livet upplevde Rune hur hans sexuella läggning påverkade hur han bedömdes och bemöttes. Den erfarenheten stannade kvar och blev en påminnelse om hur skör rätten att vara sig själv kan vara – även i ett land som säger sig värna demokrati och mänskliga rättigheter.
”Om det kunde hända mig i ett land med fungerande demokrati – hur är det då för dem som inte har det som jag?”
Genom sitt testamente vill Rune bidra till en värld där hbtqi-personer kan leva öppet och tryggt, utan rädsla för diskriminering. För honom är gåvan till Regnbågsfonden ett sätt att stå upp för allas lika värde – nu och för framtiden.
How do I do it?
The Rainbow Foundation collaborates with the legal digital service Jurio. On their website you can draw up a tailored, legally valid will completely free of charge. By bequeathing a gift to the Rainbow Foundation, the bequest becomes completely free for you. At the same time, you contribute to the Rainbow Foundation's work for LGBTQI rights. Writing a will with Jurio is simple and smooth. All you have to do is answer questions on their digital form, and then sign the document in front of two witnesses. The process is clearly guided and you receive ongoing information and support all the way to the goal. Do you already have a will from before but want to change it? In the new will you create with Jurio, it is stated that the new replaces the old, so that there is no confusion about what your wish is.
