Did you know that donating securities or shares to charity can be tax-free?
You may avoid capital gains tax and dividend tax, increasing the value of your donation by approximately 43%. For example, a SEK 1,000 dividend can become a SEK 1,000 donation instead of SEK 700 after tax.
Share Donation
Decide which shares you would like to donate to Regnbågsfonden. Contact us to receive a gift letter.
Complete the document and send it to your bank. Specify the type of shares, the number of shares, the name of the shares, and that Regnbågsfonden is the recipient of the gift.
Ask your bank or asset manager to transfer the shares to Regnbågsfonden’s securities account at Handelsbanken: account number 6154-511025459.
