The Rainbow Foundation's highest decision-making body is the board, which meets six times a year. A general secretary leads the day-to-day work and office consisting of employees, interns and volunteers.

Chairman of the Board
Nina has worked with leadership and changes in the travel/experience industry and as an organizational consultant. The experience from both small companies such as Eventyr and large organizations such as SJ together with the years as a consultant in various industries has provided many tools and lessons about people's behavior. Nina uses it so that less time and money is spent on the organization and more on the Rainbow Foundations's projects and purposes. Nina is chairman of the Rainbow Foundation's board.

Ulrika has been active in the LGBTQ movement in various organizations in Sweden and internationally for over 15 years. Among other things, she has been confederation chairman of RFSL, chairman of Stockholm Pride and board member of Transgender Europe. In 2017, she was a special investigator for the state investigation "Transpersoners in Sweden". She has worked at RFSU and MUCF, among others.

Fredrik has a background in PR and ran his agency Pretto for ten years before selling it. During this time he also wrote the book "Fattig Miljonär", founded the magazine BOY Magazine and worked as a fashion expert on TV4 Nyhetsmorgon. Today, Fredrik runs his own marketing company with clients such as Loreal and Pernod Ricard.

Marie has 25 years of experience working for human rights within Swedish civil society. At Civil Rights Defenders, she was, among other things, head of operations in the Western Balkans and of a global security and protection program for vulnerable human rights activists. At RFSL, she was international manager and together with the team developed the international activities in support of LGBTQ activists globally. Marie now runs her own business in the non-profit sector and currently has a longer assignment for Fairtrade Sweden. Marie sits on the board of the Rainbow Foundation.

Aaron Kroon is an award-winning inspirer, leader and speaker on the topic of diversity and inclusion. He has over 20 years of experience in leading cultural and organizational change work at large companies such as Vattenfall, ICA and Schibsted. For Aaron, it goes without saying that the key to successful and competitive leadership is about daring to break myths and prejudices and welcome diversity. Among other things, Aaron has been praised for having created Sweden's most inclusive workplace, named one of the Nordic region's foremost role models, and mentioned as one of the business world's most powerful people in social sustainability.

Dee is responsible for the Rainbow Foundation's fundraising and advocacy work.

Arto has started and operated some of Stockholm's most popular meeting and working places for the rainbow community over the past 23 years, including the Chokladkoppen, Djurgårdterrassen, Torget, Mälarpaviljongen and The Green Queen. Arto is committed to LGBTQ asylum issues and has offered both work and a safe haven for many LGBTQ asylum seekers over the years. Co-founder of the Rainbow Foundation.
Johan Glad
Johan is the Rainbow Foundation's secretary and has been involved since 2016. On weekdays, Johan is a researcher at the National Board of Health and Welfare.
The Rainbow Foundation fights for everyone's right to be themselves, love and be loved. In Sweden and all over the world! When you give a gift to the Rainbow Foundation, you join and contribute to the work for the rights of LGBTQI people.
The purpose of the Rainbow Foundation is to work with funding to support qualified organizations and projects in countries where rainbow people are discriminated against, persecuted and killed. The Rainbow Foundation also works with impact projects in collaboration with other organizations.
The Rainbow Foundations's purpose is to provide financial support to LGBTQI organizations throughout the world, primarily in countries where rainbow people are persecuted and harassed by authorities, police and religious institutions.
